Are your products guaranteed?

Yes. If you find something wrong, such as a missing component or a defective case, we will send the missing component or replace the product in whole at no change.

What is your return policy?

We extend a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition, we will issue a refund.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can you private label?

Yes. The customer just needs to supply the artwork in a JPEG file.

Can you custom build a first aid kit?

Yes. Depending on the kit, a minimum order will be required.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in 3 days. Allow up to a week for transit.
